Hi.
My name is Monika Dembek. I'm from Bydgoszcz, Poland. I've been working as a graphic designer for the past 12 years, designing mainly DTP materials. I've come to a point where I want some change.
At the beginning of 2018 I finally fully commited to learning front-end development. Day by day I've been getting to know HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Then came sass, git and some jquery. JavaScript was the toughest part for me and still is as so far I've only grasped basics. I am able to write some simple scripts and want to further improve my JavaScript skills.
I created this website to present my current skills and examples of my code, which could possibly help me find my first job as a junior front-end developer.
